breakfast! yummy pumpkin bread dotted with sesame seeds from a local bakery with half a frozen banana (yummyyy) and strawberries that look almost a bit too ripe O: had soy milk alongside

this was after an intense cycling session with weights at the gym ehehe i am so exhausted. also tried some arm weights but after 3×12 reps of the second lightest weights i really couldn’t go on x.x need to exercise more i am so unfit omg
